CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS

A new year has arrived and I couldn’t be more excited about the progress of LANTZTECH. Not only as a premium supplier to our customers worldwide, but also for all the internal improvements we have implemented throughout 2023. We have worked hard to raise the bar when it comes to quality, work flow and process control. Not that the bar was set too low, more so in a way to challenge ourselves to become even better. We are a premium partner to our customers, and we want expectations to be high, so we need to continuously improve our way of doing what we do to keep up. Some of the improvements we implemented in 2023 are:

• A new ERP system from Monitor. This ensures traceability, process and project control in a way that wasn’t possible before.

• The LANTZTECH Dashboard, which today works as an internal platform for all customer projects and timelines. In 2024, we are looking forward to launching the next step of the dashboard, which will include a LANTZTECH Customer Portal.

• Further improvements of our office and workshop, which included a renovated office space and a new area for future demonstration products. Within 2024, we will be inviting customers to view, test and learn more about our machines in a live setting.

These are a few of the milestones we set out to implement in 2023, and we are on track to reaching our goals. Great! Furthermore, 2024 will also include the launch of new LANTZTECH MACHINES products and an exciting updated version of 3D measuring capabilities at LANTZTECH DIMENSION.

I am proud of what we have achieved so far and look forward to being part of further continuous improvements in 2024.
