Multi funtion machines with cleaning, flow test, pressure test, leak test and dry blowing up to 100MPa (1000 bar or 14000 psi). For hose diameters up to 300 mm. Different layouts for high volume production or one-piece production.
 
Pressure and burst test machines for laboratory testing up to 400 MPa (4000 bar or 58000 psi).
 
We also make devices/machines for leak test with air, mass flow measuring or differential pressure measuring with reference volume.

In order to meet today’s cleanliness standards and also to dry a hose we need a “clean” system with clean surfaces. Our design of the system minimize the number of fittings, restrictions etc to a minimum. Our system also guarantees that the pressure drop appears where you want it - in your part - not in the machine.

Continuous filtering and other filters ensure a clean system. Our machines also have flush pumps and air pressure system with a flow high enough to create turbulent flow in the test objects.
